PREP kitchens combine the features of commissary and full-service kitchens to cater to a diverse range of food service companies. The latest addition, PREP Dallas, is situated on a 4-acre commercial brownfield site. The facility features a single large building, approximately 60,000 square feet in size, with common exterior walkways. The design accommodates fifty-two (52) individual kitchens of varying sizes, one (1) shared kitchen, offices, co-working spaces, storage bays for delivery, and restrooms. The design team was contracted directly as part of a Design/Build delivery method.
