The project involved the comprehensive renovation of an existing bank building to convert it into office headquarters. It was executed in two phases: the renovation of the main office area and the addition of a new structure. In the first phase, the focus was on refurbishing the main office space, including enclosing existing canopies to expand the building’s usable area for offices and conference rooms. The second phase involved constructing a pre-engineered metal building adjacent to the main structure to support operational needs. This phased approach enabled the client to manage their budget effectively and schedule space availability in line with their operational requirements. Given the urgency to vacate their current lease, the design team was tasked with expediting the permitting and construction processes to minimize additional rental expenses.
