A first generation tenant improvement project for a gym franchise. PLS was tasked to incorporate standards set by the franchise, working closely with the client, TYG interiors and HQ to ensure that TYG brand is captured. The gym has a boutique feel that offers an area for TURF and RIG programs along with an inviting entry / waiting area filled with TYG experience.
